We really didn't expect much without taking down a wall, but our kitchen space has become 100% more useful than before and looks beautiful. Matt, PM for Heinold, was fantastic to work with on our project. We added on a full living quarters, kitchen, bed, bath, 4 season room, of over 1000 SF. The quality of the work by Heinold was outstanding. Like anything, quality does cost a little bit more but I believe the pricing was fair. The addition had high quality workmanship through out with allowances that covered many different options to choose from in finishes and fixtures. I never saw any corners cut and if I had questions or changes, Matt and his team were very responsive in resolving them quickly. Although there are a few small outstanding items to address, I highly recommend them for building and construction and would certainly use them in the future. I do have a garage project coming up.
