My husband and I carefully researched construction companies before choosing Heinold Homes and Renovations to rebuild our house after a fire gutted our home.
All construction companies are not created equal. Heinold and staff/crew can deliver and does deliver. They know how to work with the home owner as well as with insurance companies painlessly. Their attention to detail has been spot on from start to finish.
Throughout the job, having a Project Manager (PM) as a single point of contact was very key to us. JD was our main PM. He was very hands on and responsive. If he wasn’t on site, at the moment we had a question, he would text, call or meet us at the house as soon as he could.
I found everyone on the Heinold’s staff and crew to be intuitive, creative and professional. Each brings something special to the table that makes your project come together. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the whole experience of working with Heinold Homes and Renovations.

Kitchen update : We could not ask for a better company and group of workers in our update remolded of our kitchen , Always here on time everyday, and gave us a work guide when times would be done and they stuck with it . Thanks JD (project mgr.) his help guided us all the way to completion on the kitchen . Also Vicki in helping my wife make decisions in the kitchen. We would for sure use Heinold again best choice we made .

We have used Heinold Homes for several home projects over the years. We recently decided to re-do our deck with composite. Zach was very honest about the condition of our old deck and that it really all needed to be replaced. Scott, Zach, Keith, Charlie, Patrick and Tony were all professional, courteous, honest, and friendly. The carpenters were very detail oriented. Communication was excellent and we were informed as to the job status. The project was completed on time as quoted. We are very happy with our new deck and would highly recommend Heinold Homes!

If you are considering a new home or renovation then I would definitely recommend Heinold Homes and Renovations. They went above my expectations as the process to remove and add a new portion of my home progressed. They informed me of potential problems and how to correct them leaving the decision to me. Every craftsman that came here had a pleasant attitude and was very friendly. I almost hated to see the project end with all the great people that work with Heinold. I heard Heinold was the best and they proved it. I wish I could give them more stars on their rating. Thank you for all the great work in making my dream project come true.
